The Rotary Club of Abaco relaunches it’s Annual Hugh Cottis Speech Competition. post Hurricane Dorian This Competition has three (3) catergories A. Primary ( Grades 4-6) B. Junior ( Grades 7-9) C. Senior (Grades 10-12) Speech topics will be based on our February Theme ‘Peacebuilding & Conflict Reslution.
