SUMMARY:Community Clean Up - March 19\, 2022
DESCRIPTION:Rotary remains committed to service and finding opportuities for service within the areas identified by Rotary International. Service areas include environment\, peace and conflict resolution\, water and sanitation\, maternal and child health\, economic and community development. Keeping the surrounding environment clean and litter free is a priority. We understand that keeping a clean environment allows us to participate in conservation and reduce the degradation of natural habitats. The Rotary Club of South Ocean and Rotary Club of Old Fort are partnering to assist with the clean up efforts in the South Ocean area. These clean up efforts were started by Chloe Tuinam and we are excited to join her efforts. Both clubs have committed to a continued periodic clean up during the 3rd Saturday in the month until July 31\, 2022.

DESCRIPTION:Happy Rotary Week !!! As a part of the Rotary Week festivities and to commemorate the visit of District Governor Louis Wever\, a casual walk is scheduled for Sunday\, February 27\, 2022 starting at 6:30 pm. Each Club in New Providence will select 10 of its members to represent them on the walk. Club stations will be created and a honk-a-thon option made available for those who are unable to attend the walk.
