Zoar International Ministries – Family Fun Day

Over the past 7 years, Zoar International Ministries has held numerous youth mentorship programs where they offer free counselling, food and teaching for youths of all ages in The Bahamas. This year they plan to have a free youth seminar under the topic YOUTH CONNECTon July 29th and an exciting fundraiser event the following day July 30th for youths throughout  The Bahamas. The seminar will focus on topics such as dealing with peer pressure, gang violence, the influence of social media, goal setting etc. to encourage self-confidence, peace and unity amongst the youths in our community. With this said the fundraiser event would be used to assist the minitstry with providing the youths with food and school supplies for the upcoming Fall school  semester as well as assist with food and materials for their 2023 youth mentorship program and their first seminar solely dedicated to building young adults set for 2023. Rotarians from RCNS will volunteer on Saturday, July 30, 2022 to assist with the distribution of food and school supplies at their Family Fun Day event.
